Some welcome changes in how the VA hires psychologists
APA loses a bit of influence over VA hiring

It looks like some long-anticipated potential changes are finally being instituted at the Department of Veterans Affairs. For example, some psychologists who didn’t have APA-accredited internships can now work at the VA. The VA can now hire some psychologists who didn’t have APA-accredited internships if they’ve obtained ABPP. This isn’t a solution for everyone but it is a start.
